I am a Licensed Psychotherapist (Clinical Social Work License #98946) in the East Bay and San Francisco Bay Area. I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy and work from a relational psychodynamic approach, which means that while we will address the here-and-now and your immediate concerns, I will gently guide you towards gaining a deeper understanding of how past experiences, your relationships, your origins and unconscious, and the broader social context and systems in which you live may impact present day difficulties.

My practice will support you to observe your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to develop insight into your patterns, values, beliefs, and inner experiences. We will explore your needs and desires, as well as what it is that you may be fearing and longing for in your life. This may lead us to dig deeper into what may be causing you pain or keeping you disconnected from yourself and others. This intentional brave work within the context of a safe and caring therapy relationship can be a profound catalyst for change and growth.

Foundational to my practice is the knowledge that our communities have a range of unique lived experiences and existing strengths. Centering your expertise on your own life, you will find that I seek to honor your embodied wisdom and resilience. As I provide containment in therapy, we will co-create a space to work on healing old relationship wounds, processing difficult emotions, cultivating a greater awareness about the connections between your past and present, and expanding your sense of what is possible for your life and your relationships.
